Kari is Chief Executive Officer of Rowley Properties, a real estate management and development enterprise based in Issaquah, Washington. Rowley Properties, under Kari’s helm, manages a vast portfolio of commercial, residential, retail and other real estate properties on the Eastside. 

After graduating the University of Washington, Kari began her career in industrial engineering roles at Procter and Gamble and Physio-Control and then joined the family real estate business.

In addition to her professional commitments, Kari is deeply invested in community service, having served on several boards and committees, including the Issaquah and Bellevue Chambers of Commerce, Eastside Baby Corner, and the East King County Chambers of Commerce Legislative Coalition. Currently, she is active on the Eastside Business Alliance, various committees of the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce, and the Vice Chair of the Eastside Community Development Fund Board of Directors. 

Kari has received a number of past honors including being selected for the Puget Sound Business Journal 40 Under 40, and being named a Woman of Influence. In addition, under her leadership Rowley Properties has been honored as the Legacy Family Business of the Year 425 Business Magazine and the Small Family Business of the Year by Seattle Business Magazine.
