Rob Warnaca is President of GenCap Construction Corp based in Kirkland, Washington. GenCap is a commercial and multi-family builder with a focus on bringing new technologies and efficiencies to the construction market which reduces costs and improves the physical building product. 

Rob has 30 years of experience in construction management, with 24 years at Mortenson Construction, a national general contractor where he led operational, estimating, preconstruction.

Outside of GenCap, Rob is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Washington, Chair Emeritus for the University’s Construction Industry Advisory Council, and a Board Member of the Design-Build Industry of America (DBIA) NW Chapter.

Rob has a B.S. degree in Construction Management from the University of Washington and is a certified DBIA Professional.

In addition to Eastside Foundation, Rob also volunteers with the Lake Washington Schools Foundation Lunch Buddy Mentoring Program (LINKS) that helps students feel engaged, supported, and challenged, to acquire skills needed for lifelong success.
