Tom Pozarycki is a Regional President for Washington Federal Bank (WaFd Bank), managing commercial and retail banking in Northern Washington. Washington Federal Bank is a full-service commercial bank headquartered in Seattle serving clients at 235 branches in eight western states.

Tom has over 20 years of commercial banking experience including underwriting commercial transactions, bank due diligence and team building. Prior to WaFd Bank, Tom worked for First Horizon National Corporation and Wells Fargo. He is a graduate of James Madison University and the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington.

Tom also serves on the Downtown Seattle Association Board and the Bellevue Downtown Association Board. He is also a frequent lecturer for the University of Washington’s Real Estate Certificate Program.
